Pork with Curry

Pork with Curry, Rice, and Stir fried Bok Choy.

1lb of pork loins (7pcs)
curry (premade House brand mild)
3 cloves garlic
2 bok choys

Cook rice in rice cooker.
Pat the pork dry with paper towels. Salt & pepper the pork.
Pre heat pan, add oil, add pork after oil is warmed up.
Dice up the garlic into small pieces. Wash and dry bok choy. Cut up bok choy.
After pork is done, remove to plate. Add a little more oil if needed, add garlic and bok choy. Mix and keep stirring until cooked to your liking. In another pot boil water, add curry package and boil for 3-5 minutes.
