Chicken with Stir Fried Veggies

Chicken with Stir Fried Veggies

1 chicken breast
3 bok choys
1 carrot
1 inch of ginger
3 cloves of garlic diced
1 shallot diced
soy sauce

Salt & pepper chicken, cut into small pieces. Wash bok choy and cut into smaller pieces.

Cook chicken first, remove after 3 minutes. Add garlic, shallots, carrot slices, ginger. After a minute add the bok choy. Add chicken back, add a little soy sauce, mix up. Enjoy!
