I bought the chicken from Fresh & Easy, pre marinated with garlic & herbs. I boiled the carrots to soften them then ran over cold water to stop cooking. I used 1/2 a large onion, add a little butter. I then grilled the carrots, added a little red wine to the carrots and onions. All grilled in a grill pan.
