If you happen to visit Taipei, Taiwan, head to the Shilin Night Market. Depending on the time of year you go, you'll find a long line to get in. There are two shaved ice shops, across from one another. One has shaved ice and shaved snow, that is Xin Fa Ting. $70NT(~$2.20USD).

If you're in Los Angeles, you're in luck. In Rowland Heights off of Gale & Nogales, is Class 302. They sell shaved snow as well. Sad part is it starts from $5.95 and up plus tax.

I'm not a fan of shaved ice but love the shaved snow :)
